1)After successful installation and commissioning of the machine，we record the customer information and then send professional service engineer responsible for technical tracking service,to know the usage of machine. Once the machines impaired , immediately call our toll-free number, e-mail or notify our service departmen in writing .We response the problem in one hour , to understand the detailed cause of the fault.
2) When we began on-site maintenance service ，engineer make a detailed examination of the machines,and then introduce the detail reasons for failure, signature in the service operating table after the recognition maintenance is completed.
3.Exempt warranty obligations
The following causes of machine failure, abnormal working or damaged, our company does not assume warranty obligations, please choose paid services.
1) Out of warranty
